Yummy.. i just love salad with chicken.. I am always changing up the topping so its like a new adventure each day. not a bad day at all.. great on fat.. kept that low.. cals are good.. is that what u usually eat. I do more protein than that myself, but i am weird. is that what u usually get in a day.. looks like u had a great day. keep up the good work and welcome aboard. we are all sailing our ships and in control on this journey.. join us we have a lot of fun.

ok! here goes. breakfast..slim-fast protein shake( low carb diet) lunch..4 chicken wings and spinach. snack..slice of limon cake( bad) plenty of water, lost count. 165 pounds today ...my goal 160 pounds only 5 pounds to go.

sounds like you had a fun day. and you did really well with going out and all. did u make the chicken apple craisen walnut yourt sald.. sounds great.. do you have a recipe for it.. i would love to try it.
