Victoria Secret Easy Jeans!

Hey family!

I'm reposting this from the main message board for those of you who have gotten close to goal weight and would be able to understand my plight!

I am desperate and I need your help!  My 49th birthday was on the 1st and my hubby let me get a couple of Victoria Secret jeans on Ebay, but they are too small and are non-returnable!  The waist measurement is for 1-2 inches below the waist and I thought they were ON the waist!  They are a size 8 and are wide leg and the waist is 15' across.  The inseam for one pair is 28 and the other is 30'.  I am scared and humiliated to tell my husband that I got a size to small and wasted his money.  If anyone here is interested in them, please contact me and I'll send you a pic of one or both. 

I feel so bad for posting this topic, but I didn't know where else to turn!  Please help if you can!

Don't feel bad! Sizing drives me so crazy!!! I'm a pretty solid 8, but there are times when I need a 6. I also have a few 10's that are slightly baggy, but I felt the 8 would have been too tight. Anyway, I definitely have to try things on b/c you just  never know! Plus, I'm so tall that alot of times I need a tall, but other times I can get away with a regular~URGH, see we all have those issues so don't feel like you wasted his $$$~it happens.
