Thursday Do Right

I am cooking with oil today....

personal side...

vitamins in
40 oz so far.
got my meals for the whole day planned out..
And for some reason I am in a great mood and feeling like I am 20 years old again... Just a hugh smile on my face...

work....

I am kicking some serious butt here at work..

I have completed all my communication aids for the consumers I am helping
Got my new video to editing to have it burned into copies.
Created a few new devices for a training I am doing in two weeks.
And sat down with my boss and updated him on all the things I have completed and am working on...

now I am sitting here... thinking what should i start on next... there was a time i hated being here.. would sit and surf the net all day and get nothing done... I feel so energized today.. maybe I will go run around the facility a few times just cause I can.. see you all later.

Wow  your  post  is  sure  motivating..  I a m  going to  go  walk  the  lake  ....Have  a  great  after noon  to  get  to  much  done  at  work  ..  :-) 

WooooooooHoooooooooo!! I loved "cooking with oil". I'd not heard that one!!! I am SO proud of you. You have REALLY got it going on.  I fully understand running around the facility JUST BECAUSE I CAN!! Isn't that the GREATEST?  I love that. Hope your boss really appreciates you!! Well  here I am sitting at  10:28  posting  my  head  says  go  eat  some  cheese   but  I  have  already had  my  snack  ..  So  I  decied  to  post  and  read  on t he  form  instead  of   eating !!   My   favorite Piggy  is   fast  a  sleep  so  I  cant  bug   here  so  I  am  posting  now  to  hold  my   self  accountable  ..  I  must  go  to  bed  and  no  more  food  till  breakfast !!!  I  keep   feeding  my  cat  treats .....  And no  I  am not  eating his  treats!!  LOL   Sweet  dreams  !!!!  I  appreciate each  one  of  you so  much!!!!!!!  Thanks  for  being  a  part  of  my   life!!
