Mindless Eating
I went to a Leadership Training at a local Doctor's Office and the nutritionist suggested we all read Mindless Eating (Why we eat more than we think) by Brian Wansink, PH.D. I came home and ordered it off of Amazon.com. Well I have to say I am really enjoying the book AND because it is an easy read I'm having a lot of AH HA moments. I definitely would suggest it, with all of us with the same struggles after the weight loss there are some great suggestions for eating right.

Thanks for the reading suggestion! I constantly ask myself when I find myself heading to the pantry...Are you hungry? (now that I KNOW what hunger feels like as opposed to just wanting something to do.) It is amazing to me how we can sit and eat without tasting a thing or knowing how much we've consumed! Reprogramming of this kind is possible!
