Still on track..

Hello, I am where you are, i want to lose at least 30 pounds you can look at my profile, i started the time out plan did great till 1/2 way through August and have sucked ever since. The good news is i have not gained the 12 pounds i lost back, and after reading your message and eating bad carbs all day long today, (just could not get that full feeling all day, so i kept eating and eating and eating.. I know better, but had a bad bad slip today,, so in the morning i am getting back on track. i did great when i was accountable to a friend. so lets get back on the board and encourage eachother, i am big on exercise and can help keep you motivated.. good luck and keep up the great work MONDAY HERE I COME, AND GOOD BY TO YOU PRINGLES, BREAD,PASTA AND HELLO CHICKEN, PROTEIN DRINKS, CHEESE AND STEAK.

Congrats!   It's not that hard once you get a handle on it!! I'm doing the same thing right now!  Got back on track about 10 days ago, but kinda gave myself the weeknd off as we went to Chicago and I knew I'd be eating in restaurants and on the go all weekend. I actually didn't do that bad, and got alot of walking in.  But this morning I'm de-carbing again and am so glad...I've felt like crap most of the weekend and have looked forward to eating right again!  The good news is that I don't think I gained much, if any, of the weight I had lost.  It feels good to have self control again!! Keep up the great work! Kathy
