Accountability... what did you eat Thursday
Well had a good eating day I think.. drank a lot so I feel good about my day. A little tired right now cause of my treatment but I feel pretty good at least better than usual. So how was your day. Whats the plans for the weekend.
It's raining her in sunny cali so we dont know what to do with our selves. I am going to the fair tomorrow and to see the new Jodi Foster movie sometime this weekend. My son has a football game and I am working on my book. Other than that it will be a quite weekend.

Looks great Carla. I had a pretty good day too. I changed things up a bit and had a chicken sandwich at McD's instead of a hamburger, it was good but very filling!!!

Beautiful, just beautiful. I think I should add in something else though. I consistantly running low on calories (supposed to be 1500) I think that's why I can get these 2 pounds off still.
You had a great day too... very nice.. My cals are suppose to be higher too but it is so hard to get them up there... plus I worry I will gain weight... do you feel that way. I like the chicken at mcdonalds chicken but I order it in a lectuce wrap to get rid of the bread. Have you tried that. It taste pretty good..

I do worry that I'll gain weight. I really want to get myself to 125 and not 130, so I'd like to drop a few more... but the "brain" tells me if I eat more that wont happen.
NO, I didn't know you could order it in lettuce and not a bun, that'd be great!!

I've got a question. I see you're eating oatmeal, What kind are you eating? Is it instant? I think I read somewhere that we shouldn't have instant, but I really like the Quacker Weight Control instant oatmeal.
I made my goal weight the other day!!!! I'm down 98 pounds. I don't really want to get any smaller, but I've just got to keep going and make the 100 pound mark, if even for a day.

Yes, I eat Quaker Weight control. I only like the maple and brown sugar and I've literally eatten a bowl every morning for the past year or more with the exception of two weeks ago when I tried to do protein drink instead of starting my day off with carbs.... it didn't work and I went right back to eating my oatmeal.
I've had one other person say that we shouldn't have instant but they couldn't tell me why or give me any data on it. I blew it off. I love my oatmeal and it keeps the plumbing working good *wink*.
