What are you doing for exercise?
Hiya Trish. I had to fire my personal trainer because she wasn't consistent. She kept standing me up! It really messed up my motivation to work out. Take a look at the Body for Life web site (www.bodyforlife.com). I really like their program and all of the information is free. It seems to work pretty well for me and I can vary the routine enough so that I don't get bored. I also spin twice a week and you're right, it's a great workout!
Good luck!

Trish,
I jump on my pilates reformer for 23 mins a day and its all I need. Some days if I have an excessive energy I will do 15 min on my Gazelle...I don't do treadmills, too much impact on my joints. Gazelle is up off the floor. I started using a pilates reformer back in 2001 and I think it gave me the inner core strength I needed when I started to loose my weight after RNY. I love using pilates reformer, its fun, relaxing and I look forward to doing it daily and if I have to miss a day it really bums me. No trainer for me though I wouldn't mind an exercise buddy but then I may be chit chatting and not exercising.
