Protien Balls
What is a protien ball, are they good, how much, and where can I buy them?
What kind of ice cream is best to eat? Do any of you ever eat the fruit'n yogurt parfait from Mc Donolds? they have 160 calories with the granola, or 130 without. MMMM GOOOOOD.
Good morning all you lovely losers
I have been walking a mile a day. I miss swimming laps at the YMCA. I have Ustationary tube dysfuction. ( Spelled it the way it sounds)LOL It has been this way for over two months now. I am taking a alergy pill and a nose spray. Hasen't helped at all.
So I stay out of the water, cause I am the kind of person that can't keep my head above water
Have a good day.

This is a recipe I found awhile back for protein balls. I really enjoyed them and I have to say I am not a big fan of peanut butter. I also found that my kids enjoyed them....
1 cup of old fashioned oatmeal, not instant
1 cup of protein I used GNC 100% whey caramel chocolate
1 cup of peanut butter
a little sugar free syrup
a few packages of splenda for taste
Melt the peanut butter in the microwave, stir in the oats and protein. Add a little syrup to help with the moisture. I have made them without the syrup they are a little dry....
Roll into balls and store in airtight container
I have never broke down the % of protein and all per ball...sorry.

Protein ball - are hand made, I don't know of any you can buy! Something like 1 C oatmeal, 1 C peanutbutter, 1 C chocolate protein powder... the real ingredients are listed a couple of pages back on this board.
The BEST kind of ice cream to eat is NONE!!! ROFL (well you asked) no really, I buy the no sugar added kind myself, although I don't buy it but once every couple of months or so.
Fruit'n yogurt parfait!! YIKES, I couldn't eat one of those.
Calories: 160 carbs: 31 SUGAR: 21grams!!! Nope, I'd be in the bathroom dumping with that one.
since I had my rny I have had the McD's yogurt parfeit ONCE and I dumped like a truck. the yogurt has a lot of added sugar. I m not a terribly sensitve dumper either. but, I was horribly sick. If I want something similar I make it myslef with no sugar added yogurt and fresh fruit and Kashi crunch cereal or all bran buds. and tolerate that just fine.
