Accountability... What did you eat Saturday
I already know I didn't eat enough:
1 cup malto meal, no toppings
1 beef taco with lettuce (1/2 cup meat, 1/2 cup cheese)
1 salmon steak (8 ounces)
1 sugar free cookie
1 cheese stick.
1064 cals, 45 fat, 60 carbs, 105 protein...

Love the protein total.. way to get it up there. carbs and fat are great too.. could do a protein drink to beef it up a bit... you are doing good.. just keep sailing that ship.. gotta keep the cals up to keep from loosing more.. yummy.. i forgot all about malto meal.. I need to get some of that... always looking for something different for breakfast.

For some reason, my grouchy pouch just loves a nice warm bowl of malto meal in the mornings. You were right. Sunday morning the scale said one more pound gone. I walked all over Ventura Harbor the day before on just that many calories so I was so short, I lost weight. I'm zeroing in on the secret combination of calories in and calories out...It's somewhere between 1500 (with no activity) and 2000 (with extra activity)...

I tell you I was whooped after that and my kids kind of helped, but you know kids.. cant find them when you need them. Still took all of us a long time to get it done.
Yeah.. the carbs are liking you I see.. protein is doing good and cals and fats are great.. just need to curb that carb monster... Make them walk the plank and sail on through.. you can do it..
