Actually, I ate two separate breakfasts. I had one at 6:30 in the morning and then in town when we got there at about 9:30 or 10 am. Then I ate lunch at 1:30 or 2 pm...And then dinner at 6:30... Sometimes with a long day and hubby dragging his feet to get moving I have to eat before we leave and again when we "get there".  I try and keep the carbs down but I think it evens out. Today is looking a bit better on the protein.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

All that talking about protien balls is making me want to make some..... but I don't think I could stay in control and eat just one, so I'll stay with my daily muffin for now.

Had a good day, traveled around to different consignment stores and thrift shops. Bought a pretty sweater, a fleece shirt and a pair of cordoroy pants all for under $25.00. Got to get ready for the cold weather, don't have anything that fits me from last year. It's a good feeling when your clothes outgrow you because you have lost weight and not the other way around.

Isnt that the truth.. the other day it was cold and i pulled out my jacket and it wrapped around me 2 times.. I actually had to stop at a store on my way out to get a sweater so I wouldnt freeze. Now that is a cool feeling..

You made out on those deals. I need to start shopping for winter myself.. got nothing at all to wear.. of course I have no room in my closet because I have become a cloths hound.. shh dont tell..

You had a great day.. love the protein number.. I made muffins yesterday but they have sugar in them so I dare not eat them... it was one of those just add water packages.. the kids loved them.. at live through them when it comes to food now..hehehehehe...
