I just can't keep my carbs under 100...yes I know Carla you would like to see them around 50 right?  No way for me...just  not enough with my workouts!  Anyway, I am feeling much better today and even went to work.  Here was my day which is a little high basically because I was home and bored... B:     Coffee S:     Tuna/8 reduced fat triscuits L:     Salad w/corn, black beans, bell peppers, turkey and low fat honey dijon dressing   S:     3 oz shrimp ****tail D:     Sashimi / 3 pieces california roll LNS: Reduced sugar Klondike vanilla bar  (yummy) - better than a bowl of ice cream for me cause I can't restict myself to 1/2 cup. LNS:  4 triscuits / 2 pieces of cheese Cal: 1481        Carbs: 136        Fat: 48       Protein: 119 I think if I can keep my carbs around 100 and also get my protein at 100 I will be good... Trish

The way you exercise the carbs shouldnt be at 50. I dont even get 50.... you need at least 100 to keep you moving. it would be great if it were lower but you would be aweful tired. remember the way you work out you need that extra bit of carbs to keep you going. The protein is great... thats looks great.. you are doing great.. keep up the good work.

See ya tomorrow...

I didn't think they were that bad for 350 13 45 14 (Cals, fat, carbs and protein) but I was looking for something to up the calories that included at least some protein. I wasn't looking forward to shrimp or crab flakes again...

Hello Cher, I was reading your menu for today.  I have some questions.   What kind of blueberry muffins are you using? Do you weigh out your meat, and vegies to get this amount.? I don't see how you can eat all that, A cup of tomato's??  8 oz.  of soup beans?? Is .25 a 1/4 of a cup of broccoli? What is .33 cup of mashed pot.? Ok I guess that is enough questions  LOL Thank you Tena
