I did ok today even though I went out to lunch and dinner... B: Oatmeal  (heck everyone else is eating it, I might as well too!) S: None L: 3/4 of a chicken tostada S: Turkey roll up / protein balls D: Beef ravioli (3) / couple bites of lasagna / 2 glasses of wine LNS: 4 triscuits / 2% cheese slices / 1 ff/sf pudding cup Cal: 1508            Carb: 133          Fat: 56          Protein: 91 Worked out really hard with the trainer...darn only got 1 week left with them. Good Day Everyone ... The sun is currently out and is definately affecting my mood, I free really SUNNY in attitude today too, which is great cause Aunt Flo rolled into town and she can be a real downer... Feelin' fine  about my totals yesterday, still want to do something about the carb numbers...Going to need to do some pre-meal planning to get it all back on target, I already projected todays numbers based on the meals I have/will eat and carbs are too high/protein too low , I know I should just modify the rest of day now, but no $ to make meal changes until tomorrow when I can go grocery shopping again, so will work with what I have planned for the day today and start pre-planning next weeks menu so I can do better... After reading the begining I was expecting terrible numbers.. you did good girl.. yeah.. higher protein.. carbs not bad.. you cant just jump on the ship and sail agian.. you know.. you will get the menu figured out.. your fat content was awesome along with your cals. are you still working out cause if you are than it may be a little low there...

Boy did I have fun today. My DH and I are going out to a retirement party for someone he works with. I haven't had the need to get a new special outfit until now. YEY. I went to the mall and tried on several different things and couldn't decided. So, I brought them both home and put on a fashion show for my DH and let him pick which outfit he thought looked the best(I liked them both).Ended up with a long black skirt(size 8) I couldn't believe that) and a fitted V neck top (medium) that has black background and some soft blues and other colors and a bit of sparkle to it. Now I just need to get stockings and a slip. Maybe a blazer would be good too, because I could get cold(). Will check out things tomorrow when I return the other outfit.

How cool it that. Dont you just love it. I bet its a nice outfit. did you ever think you would be wearing those sizes again. congrats girl.. very nice day... great protein.. you are doing great at getting it up there each day.
