The sun is currently out and is definately affecting my mood, I free really SUNNY in attitude today too, which is great cause Aunt Flo rolled into town and she can be a real downer...

about my totals yesterday, still want to do something about the carb numbers...Going to need to do some pre-meal planning to get it all back on target, I already projected todays numbers based on the meals I have/will eat and carbs are too high/protein too low , I know I should just modify the rest of day now, but no $ to make meal changes until tomorrow when I can go grocery shopping again, so will work with what I have planned for the day today and start pre-planning next weeks menu so I can do better...
