wow... doesnt take much to get way up there fast. I'm not sure either.. seems on the high side but I almost fell over the other day with something I ate and than saw the calories for it.

good protein totals and to stop the weight loss good carbs. Keep an eye on it. dont want to go the other way.

What really surprised me was that I was able to eat that much spaghetti noodles...I ate it really slowly but still. Friends of ours wanted pizza in the worst way so I had to go along..I nearly ate nothing but the pizza toppings and the salad but the meat sauce and noodles looked really good...I should have left that alone...I guess it matters that i stayed up till midnigh****ching movies and such...Had I done nothing but sleep it would have been worse...Today, however, I'm dragging really bad. Bed at midnight and then up at 5 am...And walking for 3 hours....I'm going to bed early tonight

Nice day... protein could be higher but still a nice day over all. I dont see a muffin... lol.. glad you had a nice day. It's always nice to spend quality time with someone you love and have a relaxing day.
