I just had  to share this recipe with you all. I found it on a box of splenda, and it is great. Also my DH loves it too!   Iced Mocha Latte makes 4 servings about 92 calories a serving, with  0.5g fat, 15.1 g carbs, 6.1 g sugar, 1.1 g fiber, and 4.79 g protien. Ingredients 2.5 Tbls instant decaf coffee granules 2.5 Tbls unswetened cocoa powder 8 packets of splenda 2 cups boiling water 2 cups fat free half and half mix coffee granules, cocoa, splenda and two cups boiling water together until disolved, then add 1 cup of the fat free half and half and mix. Pour into ice cube trays ( you will need two) Makes about 24 cubes. Freeze for at least 8 hours.  When you want a drink,  mix the other cup of fat free half and half with the frozen cubes in a blender until it turns into frozen slushy mix and then it is ready top drink. Makes four servings. If you want to make one serving at a time use 6 cubes and 1/4 cup FF half and half and blend. Also for added protien I have added one scoop of my soy  unflavored protien powder into 1-2 ****er then stirred that into my drink.  It is delicious and refreshing. A nice frozen treat. I am sure you could use your own favorite protien powder with the same results. Hope you enjoy the recipe. Sher

If I could make that without coffee it sounds wonderful. I am NOT a coffe drinker at all.. when I was little I accidently tasted my grandma's coffee... yikes.. never again.. to this day that stuff wont pass my lips..lol..

I like the sugar free cocoa especially during Christmas time. yum yum..

I use 1 scoop of protein powder and one pack of sugar free chocolate in my coffee.  A wonderful way to get protein in and wake up in the morning. Terri

Hi I was reading your post and have a question.  Is that sugar free choc. milk, (like Swiss Miss) that you are using in your coffee with your portein?  I Have done that ,but didn't like, drank it anyway.  Seems like I can't seem to discise that protein taste.  Thank you for the information.  Everyone on here is so helpful.   Thank you Tena

The cocoa powder I am talking about is used in baking.  I used unflavored soy protien powder in mine and could not taste the protien. Sher

I don't see why you couldn't skip the coffee part and just use the cocoa powder. This recipe used the baking cocoa powder, not hot cocoa mix,  but that might be good too. Sher
