How many carbs a day at 14 mos out

How many carbs a day should I be getting or limiting myself to at 14 mos out????

I don't really intentionally watch my carbs. I still make sure I get at least 60g of protein a day, usually more like 70 or 80. I also aim for 1350 calorie average for the week. Good luck finding what works for you.

There is no set number of carbs.  Each person is different and has different needs.  Not all carbs are created equal either.  There is dietary fiber ... we need at least 25 g of that each day.  There's good carbs and bad carbs.  Good carbs come from fresh fruits, veggies, and whole grains.  Bad carbs are processed carbs.  You should call your NUT and see what she suggests based on your goals, age, weight, and activity level.
