Make sure you take something with you to eat as soon as you can. You need to get you food in you so you dont get dizzy. Make sure you get the earliest appointment as well.

Lunch sounds yummy.. I will have to try that.. doing good at keeping the calories up and the protein looks good. I have got to get some malto meal.. i dont remember what it taste like. lol.. good day.. keep it up.. we will see tomorrow if you are holding steady and maintaining.

Carla, sorry to see that you had one of those days. Hope you are feeling better now.

I was in the mood to cook today. I made a pot roast dinner for all of us for today and made spagetti sauce for tomorrow and then I experimented with a new muffin recipe. Next time I plan on making a chocolate muffin recipe that I found at a recipe site. Looks like it could be a winner, will try to add some protien to it for added nutrition.

Yes you had good totals as always.. I love taking a day to cook all kinds of things.. I usually do that on sunday for the week and keep it in the fridge to pull out each day.

Wait a carrot oatmeal muffin.. share that recipe.. I love carrots and oatmeal.. and my SO is crazy about that too.. I would love to try that one out.
