HI, I have watched your group and now am on the bandwagon with you. I do check in daily with fitday.com...wondering if I can join you groupies? I am 4 years out with RNY. I lost 176 lbs...and the last year gained 16 pounds with snacking and grazeing. Feeling like the pillsbury dough girl poppin out of my jeans ( I refuse to buy the bigger size )...So I am watchin it again going back to healthy eating and more protein shakes. I'm down 6 lbs so far...another 10 to go. breakfast: 10 almonds 6 oz dannon light and fit yogert Lunch: 3 oz sting cheese dinner : 1/2 of a bean burrito snack: 2 jello snack pack coolwhip 3 stawberries later meal: achievone protein drink dont know the stats of this but ends up being about 900 calories will try to post with stats next time.

Yesterday was a good "eat" day for me...LOL
Breakfast 1 cup flavored coffee
Protien Drink; Vanillia Mocha Freeze
Lunch- 1 cup of mixed fresh fruit with granola on top
Snack- couple of handfuls on mixed nuts
Triple Berry Smoothie (protien drink)
Dinner- 1 med. size Chicken strip
Mixed salad greens w/ fresh veggies
I drink all my water; had all my vits & meds; exercised in the morning!!!

Oh Carla give yourself a break!!! I am the same with nuts...can't have them for a snack otherwise I won't stop...seriously I will eat the whole can. I am trying to do the 5 day pouch test so here was my day...I slipped up when my DH kept talking about food and then stopped in for sushi while we were running errands! Lovely isn't he?

Oh Carla, you're too funny!! I know I shouldn't be "laughing" at you, but it's just sooooooo good to know that I'm not the only one!!!!!!! I have not allowed myself to even buy nuts in a long time now. They are just "unstopably good" (is that a word?)!!! One handful turns into two, three, and the next thing I know the darn can is 1/2 empty and it was 12 serving can!!! At least your calories were still in a good range for you!!!!
I didn't get my foods logged yesterday, but here's what I ate.
b - oatmeal w/ protein
l - dh grilled me a hambuger (cooked well) heeheehee had something with it but I can not remember what it was
d - baked chicken, salad, green beans, Non-Rice Pudding
s - pork skins
s - strawberries w/cool whip
s - sf pudding cup w/ some grahm crackers
I'm missing some things here, just can't remember. I know it wasn't too bad, more dessert things then usual.
Some day I will learn.. at least I hope to.. but no more nuts in the house.. off limits... hehehehe...
You seemed to have a nice day even without logging.. after a while you can tell when it's a good day or not.. you are a champ at it now...
