Hi Jeanne. Giving a lot of thought to the best time to do this is great. If you think about it, it is only for 5 days and some people start on Mondays so that it doesn't hit on the weekends. I did it spur of the moment and wasn't fully prepared. On the end of day 1 I was running to the store to get supplies and made 4 bowls of jello so that I don't have to think about it. good luck donna

Laina, glad to get this wonderful progress report from you.   I'm going to begin the 5 day pouch test this weekend.  I was wanting to start tomorrow however they've (the office) has scheduled lunch for the bosses tomorrow and they would be offended if I didn't participate.

I need to go grocery shopping tomorrow also, I need this refocus badly.

Laina-I'm glad you're doing so well. I can't say enough good about it myself. I did the "pouch retraining" about 2 months ago, planning to "redo" it about once a month, so stay on track, but so far I haven't even HAD to. My pouch regained that sense of tightness, etc-after over 5 years--just goes to show-it was my BRAIN that needed the REVISION--Keep up the great inspiration!!

Gina, I was wondering if this was something that I might need to do monthly~I'm glad to hear that you haven't felt the need to have to do it over again. It is good to know that its there if we need it though!!!
