Now on to my report, good day, gonna get this ship sailing in smooth waters in no time at all...
B - protein frappachino with choc/coffee & strawberry
S - snak size sf pudding
L - 1/4 cup cuke salad
1/2 cup chicken salad, served on top of tomato slices ( yummo
)
D - 3 oz grilled chicken breast a la parmesan style ( no breading but yes sauce & mozz )
3 french fries
S - 1 protein ball
10 oz sf hot cocoa
PLUS - 87 oz clear liquids
Cals - 1188 Fat - 63 Carbs - 63 Protein - 98
One thing I would like to see is getting my fat totals for the day under 30% of my "consumption" pie...Early on the Nut always preached about checking the label and making choices that have less than 30% of the cals from fat...I really think it made a big difference in helping make it past my weight-loss goal and want to get back to this kind of program...It's proving to be harder than I thought, I hadn't realized how I let higher fat options creep back into my lifestyle ( ie the chicken salad, made of course with regular mayo, not the ff kind )...Time to take another round at the cabinets and the fridge and do some more re-adjusting of choices

See ya'll later...Alesia Yeah fat is a nasty little guy. I try to look at it as well and keep mine down. Yours it a bit higher than you would want to see but.. look at protein and carbs and over all calories.. you did great there.. looks like a tiny adjustment and you are good to go. Have you tried smart beat mayo. it has only ten calories and low in fat. not to bad.

that pasta salad is what got you... hehehe.. less pasta more meat would have been better. I tell you if I eat pasta I get full so fast I shouldnt even bother to eat. I just gave up and stay with the proteins. At least I get something from that.

Yeah, I knew it was going to mess me up but we had a deal here at work and the pasta salad was a freebee from the meeting...It was in my fridge, calling my name. Not because I love pasta or anything...it's horrible in the pouch and it fills me up so fast, you're right...But I'm such a CHEAPO and FREE is FREE...Darn it. I should have tossed it when I thought it was going to be in the fridge too long. It's a mental thing I need to get over. The Chibata sandwich I took the filling out and ate the meat and cheese and that was a freebee too (with the pasta salad)...But it's just a left over reaction from Pre-Surgery...
I ought to have my head examined for even taking it home...

Thank you for the prayers. Many people I know are struggling and loosing homes and being displaced. Our children were not allowed to play outside today because of the air quaility. It is getting tough and we could sure use some rain.
