I must be going at this all wrong.. hehehe.. i barely eat and I am maintaining.. you are eating tons and still lost..lol.. did good on the cals and protein.. sounds like a crazy cheesy day for you..lol

Hi everyone, hope you are well and safe.

Carla, let me know how you like those muffins. I think they are deeeeelicious! just had one this evening. I froze the extras and defrost one each day in the microwave for 20 seconds, yummy. You can use a few extra calories. You don't want your body going into starvation mode.

They are regular size muffins. The recipe makes 10, you could put it in smaller tins but that would change the calories and such. Sher
