Carla, let me know how you like those muffins. I think they are deeeeelicious! just had one this evening. I froze the extras and defrost one each day in the microwave for 20 seconds, yummy. You can use a few extra calories. You don't want your body going into starvation mode.

They are regular size muffins. The recipe makes 10, you could put it in smaller tins but that would change the calories and such.
