5DPT Day 1 almost done!!!
Hi All!!! Let me just start by saying, today was very hard for me
. But, I got through the day...I had 3 protein shakes while at work, 6, yes 6 bottles of water, tomato soup for lunch and then when I got home, I had a SF Banana Fudge Pudding for a snack. For dinner, I am making Shake -n- Bake Chicken for the family and I am having Cream of Mushroom/Chicken Soup for my dinner... I didn't know how much I was looking forward to dinner....for a snack before later on, I might have a SF Jello....but definitely more water. I tell you, I think I lived in the bathroom today...and still am!!!! Good luck to the rest of you!!!! Tomorrow is going to be even better. I think now that I got through today, tomorrow and the rest of the week will be smooth sailing...!!!!!

Beth Yes, Day 2 - you cannot fail because then you'd have to repeat day 1!!! (Day 2 was actually harder for me but there was NO WAY I was going to repeat day 1.)
You are doing great! Keep it up - you will see a difference!!!

This is a challenge, isn't it? I swear I'm hungrier because I know I won't be chewing anything!
Today I had coffee, water, crystal light
sf jello cup
sf pudding cup
a protein shake
tomato soup
4 oz. light and fit yogurt
and 2 bites of canteloupe because I have the rotten carb detox headache
I'm trying to decide now between soup or another protein shake before bed...probably the shake
