5DPT, Day 3 ~ This is crazy
You are doing great!!! 128 # Wow you are little. Keep up the good work.
We had beggers night Tuesday night. I will fess up, I had candy, I enjoyed it, and the next day when I went to get more I just told myself that it is a new day trick or treat is OVER, NO MORE CANDY FOR Tena. I gave the left over candy away. I did good yesterday. Even though our church had Trunk or treat, I didn't have any candy. In about three weeks time I have lost 9 #. Could be better, but Hey, I didn't gain 9#. I will be out 5 yr's in March 2008. I haven't felt this good about my diet in three and a half yr's. I am eating right again.
Everyone have a great day, Oh wow I just thought of something. This is Thanksgiving month. OH BOY!!! We will need each other for the next couple of months.

I struggle with the same thing some times. One of my coping mechanisms is to make a food plan in the morning, pack only those things to take with me, and just pace my eating throughout the day. I eat 6-7 times per day - small meals and planned snacks - which keeps me from ever getting super hungry. It also helps when I start craving something to eat because most of the time I've got another "feeding" coming within an hour or so. In some ways, I feel like I do eat continuously, but since I make a plan almost every day, I make sure I'm eating healthy things.
If I do allow myself to get started with processed carbs, I definitely want more, more, more, so I have to be super careful about that. Most days I'm successful, some days I'm not. But I just take it one day at a time...
Good luck on your continuing journey -
Kellie
It is so great to see you back on here. I have been wondering about you. I just wanted to tell you that you are not alone. If I didn't have to eat I would be great. LOL. It is like if I don't ever put any food in there I do fine, but once I eat it starts it for the day. Food is on my mind from then on. It is a daily struggle to stay on track.
