Hello all.. well the weekend is apon us. What are you all doing this weekend? I have no major plans for a change so I'm not sure what I am gonna be doing. I want to build a wall in my sons room and split them up. I might start figuring out what I need for that. I can hear the peace coming soon if I do that.

So how was your food day. Here's mine


Breakfast

So I ate those dumb french fries than I couldnt eat my whole salad. I only got 3 bites in and I couldn't do any more.. bad choice eating those.. grrr...

Drank a ton today so feel good about the fluid intake..

We enjoyed the buffalo burgers so much from Trader Joes that we're making a special trip there tomorrow to do some SERIOUS shopping. We're running a bunch of stuff to the church for a "yard sale" at 7 am so the weekend will start early for us. I'll be running my legs off.

Thursday's Bill of Fare:

Breakfast: Cream of Wheat Cereal with 10 g of protein added, 1/2 serving of dried apples and coffee Second Breakfast: Cheese stick and granola bar (Oat and Honey) Lunch: Taco Bell salsa Chicken bowl, Added 3 ounces of shrimp and skipped most of the rice.  Snack: 6 mini reese pb cups, sugar free.  Dinner: 3.5 ounces of grilled steak and a couple bites of sweet potatoes (baked) Dessert: decaf coffee with kahlua syrup (sf of course) Liquids sitting right around 85 ounces for the day.

Calories: 1328 Fat: 49 Carbs  139 Protein: 90 Without the added protein in the cereal I would have been at 80 and I think I snack less with that added protein earlier in the day..Not that snacking is bad too much, I'm out of the pb cups so I'll not have those today. I guess the beef just doesn't measure up to the buffalo meat...

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

lol... You had a good day. I love the increase in protein. Keep up the good work. dont buy any more of the pb cups.. I dont know if I have ever had buffalo meat. I may have to get some and try it.. I have always wanted to try it, but have never done it.

breakfast.........hell yeah I ate.........I had a pack of crackers out of the snack machine and coffee. snack..........coffee with souther butterpecan creamer (high calorie) lunch..........Begal (SP) with cream cheese...had just the top 1/2 snack.....coffee with sbp creamer dinner.....here is the big one   (drum roll) I ate at arby's........oh yes I did............I had a 1/2 of a 1/2 of a turkey and swill market fresh sandwich.  midnight snack.........yes I am a night snacker.......I had the other 1/2 of the 1/2......... and got up this morning and weighted the same........hehe.....I didn't gain any...........the whole time I was eating it was on my mind oh god what will my scales say in the morning. I need to get rid of them evil things..........  sistas I am trying................... Amy

this was my day yesterday with sparkle people, it's ok but i could have done better on the protein i never realized that fruit has sooooo many carbs in it, especially pineapple. should i start to cut the fruit out?

I am still trying to figure out how u get it to copy that way. You had a low day I see. How are you doing as far as loosing and maintaining. that is always the key.
