Hi Carla: Slowly but surely I am uping my calories.  Here is my food count for today. Breakfast:  Protein Shake Lunch:        1 cup Chunky Soup Beef and Vegetables Snack:         Protein Bar Snack:         Protein Shake Dinner:        2 tacos from Taco Bell without the shells                       1 teaspoon Honey Mustard Dressing                       1 creme wafer s.f. Snack:          3 slices turkey Snack:           Protein Shake Calories: 949, fats: 28.5, Carbs: 74, Proteins: 98 120 ounces liquids I may make 1000 on calories by Friday!! Darlene

Thats great and you have the protein up too. Keep going.. It's a good thing. I think you can do it tomorrow.. see you than will you next report..

I thnk I see a pouch test going on here.. that a good day if thats was your goal. Which day are you one.. looks like the first day. Keep it up.. Turkey day is coming so sail that ship straight away and watch those pounds melt away.

Not too bad a day today.

I have to confess, yesterday after I posted I ended up eating some more chocolate
The remaining candy is being donated with a bag of good food to the town food bank. Can't keep it in the house like that...too tempting, plus I haven't dumped eating it so far.

Good idea.. get rid of it.. I used to eat more than I passed out I think. I guess I am lucky that I dump because I dont know if I could have kept my hand out of the bag if I didnt.

You had a nice day and almost broke the 100 mark on the protein.

I am finally making those muffins tomorrow. hehehe... such a crazy week I just didnt have time.

I'll see you tomorrow with my report on how they came out..
