AMAZING...I was 123.5 on Wednesday. This morning I'm 119.6 AGAIN...It's got to be water gain/loss. I guess that means I really am maintaining...This ship is steadier than I give it credit for being...Who's driving this ship, anyway? LOL. Thanks!

I noticed you cut back a bit on your intake over the last few days. You are doing it just keep watching those scales and eat accordingly.

I am doing good at the maintaining thing as well even though I lost this week.

Last week 122
This week 120

Down 2 pounds

I am still in the 120 to 125 range. My weight goes up and down in that area all week.

So you are maintaining at this point. Is this your goal or are you still working on loosing. Keep up the good work. remember its not just what you accomplish today but the entire journey. we are all a success.

no not trying to miantain, i just cant seem to get thost last 30 off. i feel stuck and lost... as you can tell from the accountability i don't eat alot and i do alot of walking for work. but today i wieghed in at 209 so thats a good thing.. =)

This morning I was 107.  Last week 105.  I seem to fluctuate between this range.  Life is good, and I accomplished more in some areas and less in others.  I accomplished more in the spending of money (I spent much more than I needed to) and I accomplished less by way of cleaning (out every night this week for soccer games, practice, halloween, karate class etc. for my son).

Shhhhh... dont talk about shopping.. its gotta be my transfer addiction.. lol.. That is great. Maintaining is the hard thing to do for me.. you have got it in control and are doing it even with that busy life you got going on.. that is to be commended.

Well, I guess you could say I am maintaining, which in and of itself is good, but I would like to lose about 10 more lbs to have a normal BMI for my height.
