Well you have lost for a few weeks so you body maybe taking a break. You are still doing so great. Keep it up.. you will get there someday. Slow and steady wins the race remember.

Hi Carla: I am still on the losing side.  Last week 150, this week 147.  I would like to lose another 2 lbs and see if I can maintain this for awhile.  For the past four months, I have been maintaining from 153 to 157 so anything under 150 will be great.  Chat with you later. Darlene

Darlene.. that is so great.. thats like a 10 pound drop... You will do it.. that pouch test seemed to have helped you.. Your food choices are good and you are doing all the right things.. just keep it up..
