Wow.. what a day you had. I understand the meals completely. You did good.. ouch for that carbs for sure. I am sure you burned them with the day you had.

Carla, hope your muffins came out good, it is best not to overbake them, I forgot to mention that. I left a few of my muffins out and , my DH asked about them and he decided to try one and ended up eating three. (go figure) I have shared them with several others and good response from them also.

Got the stuff and making them in the morning.. I cant wait. Saturday was just to busy..lol.. wow.. I love your totals there... nice protein and in truth it all looks good.
