Wow.. you stay low on the levels. do you just not get hungry or do you make yourself stay that low. I would think you are in starvation mode with those amounts. it seems like you are at goal. Are you still trying to loose weight.

See ya tomorrow

OKay. I'm seeing a pattern here...It's getting more and more stressful at work. I got so stressed yesterday but was able to eat (as you can see) but still lost another pound this morning when I got up. Maybe I should have my head examined or at the very least, my scale is lying.  Breakfast: Cream of Wheat with a banana and protein added Second Breakfast: Special K Protein Bar, Homemade Protein Bar Lunch: Trader Joes Enchilada (half serving) and Canned Sweet Peas Snack: SoBe Protein bar, Honey Roasted Peanuts Dinner: Buffalo Steak Burger (no cheese, I knew I was way high on protein and carbs) Dessert: Chocolate Soy milk and three SF Cookies (1serving)  Don't like the chocolate soy milk. Too sweet. Iwon't be doing that again.  Calories: 1975 Fat: 74 Carbs: 207 Protein: 125 Liquids: 10+10+24+24+15+8 = 91 ounces. I don't need to tell you that being 118.6 this morning has me totally bummed after eating like this yesterday. I'll take a couple of deep breaths and try again today...I'll be taking a breather this morning and going in a bit late. Maybe that will help my stress level.

Okay. Sanity has returned. I didn't eat or drink anything and re-weighed...I'm 119.2 so it's not me, it's the scale. I'm doing the thing we always tell newbies not to do ...Don't pay attention to the scale so much...Whew. Sorry. I had a momentary lapse.

Wow... I eat half of what you eat and I dont loose. Maybe thats what I am doing wrong..lol. Is your job deal with you moving about a lot. I do a lot of sitting around and pc work, driving and sitting... consulting type stuff so I dont get a lot of exercise from it. You must run and run all day. I cant believe you dropped another pound.

your numbers are great today... so you are doing good. keep up the good work.. hopefully you will stabilize soon.

My job is designed to have me at a computer all day but I find reasons to get up and move around. We have three buildings and I do probably deliver my messages and paperwork in person 4 times a week...Several times a day. That helps to get me away from the stress of the idiots around me. I'm noticing that I have all sorts of energy and I'm cleaning all morning every morning before I leave in the mornings (5-7 am) so that also helps. We don't have a drier so I'm hanging laundry (two or three loads a morning, twice a week). I've taken to cleaning bathrooms everyday. Three bathrooms, toilets, floors, rugs, sinks. Actually, my house hasn't been this clean in years. I think I'm vacuuming three times a week too(twice so far this week). Definately cleaning the kitchen (counters, cabinets, dishes) twice a day. We don't have a dishwasher either..\ The stupid thing is that when I get really stressed (and when I know there's going to be yelling it's BAD) my stomach clamps shut and I just can't eat anything. It gurrs and whirrs and sometimes it clamps so tight that if I do add something, I barf. Otherwise, the load goes down the pike without so much as a munch if I've already eaten and THEN the stress strikes. I did manage to get a bit of protein in so that I didn't get light headed or sick. I also kept away from the office during the yelling. On purpose I came in after the meeting was over.

Thanks Carla for thinking of me!! I had a good first night. No issues, except when I got home dh asked me what I ate. I honestly forgot all about eatting. I had a fun night of training and it never even occurred to me to stop for a while. I dont know how to do eatting at night either. I have no idea how many calories I should increase to for being up and active all night.  b - oatmeal w/ protein l - turkey wrap, sf pudding cup d - tureky wrap, sm banana s - sb breakfast bar s - hand ful of cheetos (I hope the kids finished them off last night) s - a few peanut butter candies left from Halloween don't have time to fitday all of that. I see good amount of protein, carbs will be a little high cuz of the banana.  Have a great day  - I hope to stay awake for classes today!!!

Glad to hear the night went so well.. Just make sure you get plenty of rest so you dont get yourself sick. yeah I am not sure how much more to add to your diet adding a whole eight hour shift to your day. I would think the activity level you would expend would make a difference as to how much more you need to eat. I think it's gonna be a little bit of trail and error to find the magic number.

Seems like you didnt eat a whole lot today so you could add some more to your day.. especially with the addition of your new job..

Take care, get rest and I will see you tomorrow.
