Accountability... what did you eat Tuesday

Getting in anough fluids is a hard one for me, but for different reasons. Don't enjoy plain water and since it is getting cold here want some warm fluids. I have been drinking hot tea, coffee (decaf of course) and sf hot cocoa.

Numbers are not bad, next hurdle will be Thanksgiving. I am cooking. I plan on altering all my old recipes to cut out added sugar and decrease the fat. Also will make a sf pumpkin pie without the crust, I have to have some pumpkin pie on the holiday. If I don't tell anyone I bet they won't notice the changes. My whole family can benefit from less sugar and fat.

yes I do the same thing. change and convert everythign to low sugar, and low carb flour stuff. They never notice. I love yams with the low sugar brown sugar. yummy. I am not even gonna talk about your day.. good as always.. so I figure I will just visit with you. hehehehehe. I am the same way with fluids right now. I am struggling to get it all in. I did drink some tea today. which caused a couple problems. You will see that on todays thread. I guess we just have to bite the bullet and drink. you can do it.. you always do so well.
