Accountability.. what did you eat Tuesday

Well folks, I had a bit of a tough day today. I guess I dont think of myself as some cute chick cruising around Los Angeles when I am out there. I know I am more careful, take my lunch so I dont have to stop anywhere out there. This morning I drank some nice warm tea because I was cold and headed off to LA to do a consult. By the time I got there I needed to go potty really bad so I pulled into this place and used their bathroom.

All of a sudden this guy walks in the bathroom and tells me he wont look.. of course I was scared and tried to get out of there. he grabed me and tried to kiss me.. I kicked him.. I am not sure what I did to him but I got away and drove away. Thankfully he didnt come after me. It was pretty scary.

I need to make sure I dont do that to myself again..lol.. no more potty stops in LA.. It comes with the job though so I need to just make sure I make better choices when I need to stop and keep my stops to a minimium. I still love my job but I will be getting some pepper spray. I realized today that when I was big I would have just sat on him and no one would have bothered with me. I dont think anyone notices me... but now maybe they do. Now I am so little I think ppl think they can take me... I see a self defense class coming in my near future.. lol

So how was everyones eating day. I did ok food wise I guess. Here's how it looks

How are you doing Linda. glad to see you back. Looks like a full day. Not sure about the protein or carb counts. Keep sailing that ship forward. are you trying to loose, maintain.

It comes with the job???? That's nuts. How much does one get paid for being accusted while on the job now days?? lol (you know i'm kiddin') That's pretty darn scarry!!!!! That would be enough right there to make me almost wish I was heavy again and ignored all the time. (I did say "almost")  Night number two went pretty well. Because I'm training on the computer right now I was able to come home at 2am. I couldnt look at that computer screen another second!!! So, I enjoyed 4 hours of sleep!!! I will admit right now that I was not a good eatter yesterday. I'm past due on getting groceries and had nothing to make for my lunch AND I didn't log any of it either.  Things will smooth out as I adjust here.  b - oatmeal w/ protein l - sb breakfast bar, two pieces of lunch meat d - oatmeal w/ protein; no sugar added ice cream sandwich s - wheat ritz crackers (didn't have my cheese to put on top) s - no sugar added ice cream sandwich d2 (at work) double cheese burger on 1/2 bun; side salad YIKES what a mess. Pathetic is what I'd call it. It's probably good that I didn't log this.  Another day, another chance to enjoy life!!!

Well the pay is not bad.. lol.. just kidding.. What important is I get to help others.. its just sometimes those others are in some scary places.

Glad to hear night two went well for you and you even got some extra sleep. Day doesnt look bad. YOu will get you pace and figure it all out. I would think I dont see a lot of protein there.. but hey.. you probably need those carbs with all this extra stuff you are doing.. You are doing great and I am sure you will continue.

That is TOO SCARY! I would have been totally freaked out and probably did the same thing...RAN LIKE HELL>  Carla, did you contact the management of the place that you stopped at? Did you call the police? That's just too scary. I'm so sorry that happened to you. I talked to my husband about taking a self defense class and I think I need to talk to him about it again. The next woman this man accosts might not be so lucky or as level headed to get away.

I'm so flustered over what happened to you and that jerk thta I complete lost Tuesday. Here's wednesday: Breakfast: Cream of Wheat with a banana Snack: High Protein bar that turned out to have too much sugar. Lunch: Spinach Salad with a small can of salmon, rasp pomegranet salad dressing Snack: Apple and a granola bar Second Afternoon Snack (it's a support group night) SoBe Protein Bar Dinner: Chicken Taco Salad (about 1/3 of it...chicken was tough and so was the lettuce) Dessert: Balance Protein Bar Totals Calories 2027 Fat: 58 Carbs 267 Protein. 113
