Thank you so much for your concern. No I just got the heck out of dodge is what I did. Wow.... you are doing great. Love the protein total. I know you are maintaining so being up that high in calories must be interesting. I dont understand it myself. I barely eat and I am maintaining. Not sure if I should be getting up there on the calories. How is it going for you at maintaining or are you trying to gain. There is another person in the same boat with me and we are trying to get a handle on the maintaining thing ourselves.

I don't know how I'm still fluctuating down with all the calories I'm getting. I know my carbs are sometimes high but I think they're good carbs and not the bad ones..I'm not at the gym all day long (can't afford it quite yet) and I'm not chasing little ones or running my tukus off at work...Just walking and cleaning a big house. It's got to be that I'm so new at being this small.

I want to stay where I am and not gain any more than up to the 125 mark like the doctor said my goal was and it scares me to be this thin (119-120) so when I lose a pound (even for a few hours) it's bothersome.  Stress is the factor I just can't get my mind around.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I am sure it will. Our bodies take care of us even when we dont take care of them. I am sure you had a nice visit with your daughter. It's tough when they get their own lives and move away. Hopefully with the holidays coming you will have some quality family time.

This is what I had on Wednesday:  

430am: AO Hazelnut 

 

730am: 2egg, ham on a toast

 

11am: homemade turkey taco soup (1 cup) ooo w/1 slice of ff cheese

3p: chicken pot pie from KFC 

 (when I got home I checked the calories and I just blow it for today)

 

5p: 1/2 of a small banana// fage yogurt w/SF Caramel syrup

 

I didn't even bother to put this in Fitday.com because after seeing the calories on the pot pie that blew it for me.

 

tomorrow will be a better day.

Yes those pot pies are very high. I looked it up once and said.. nope not going there. Whether the day is bad or good graph it my friend. It's better than just trying to act like it didnt happen. Look at how well our doing. Just keep going it will all work out.
