I don't know how I'm still fluctuating down with all the calories I'm getting. I know my carbs are sometimes high but I think they're good carbs and not the bad ones..I'm not at the gym all day long (can't afford it quite yet) and I'm not chasing little ones or running my tukus off at work...Just walking and cleaning a big house. It's got to be that I'm so new at being this small.
I want to stay where I am and not gain any more than up to the 125 mark like the doctor said my goal was and it scares me to be this thin (119-120) so when I lose a pound (even for a few hours) it's bothersome. Stress is the factor I just can't get my mind around.

430am: AO Hazelnut
730am: 2egg, ham on a toast
11am: homemade turkey taco soup (1 cup) ooo w/1 slice of ff cheese
3p: chicken pot pie from KFC
(when I got home I checked the calories and I just blow it for today)
5p: 1/2 of a small banana// fage yogurt w/SF Caramel syrup
I didn't even bother to put this in Fitday.com because after seeing the calories on the pot pie that blew it for me.
tomorrow will be a better day.
