5 day plan

What is the five day plan? Where can I get this plan? I am two yrs out and stuck with only loosing 65 lbs. I really need to get back on track before it's too late.I have no problem with dumping I can eat whatever I want. It sucks because I eat the things that I should not eat! Help! I want to do better and remember why I even had this surgery. I am ready to work hard again! thankx!!!!!
