Hi everyone!  I'm new to this forum and am really interested in what WLs grads have to say about long term stability.  I am about 2 years out and have lost 145 lbs!  I am at my goal weight and very, very happy.  This has been the best decision of my life and it has been life changing.  Everything is better - I am healthy and fit and look pretty damn good too!  lol.  Buying clothes  (in size 6 -sometimes a 4!) is amazing and so much fun.  I exercise religiously everday because I am so fearful of regaining any weight.  I don't love exercise, never will, but I've made it part of my life.  I don't ever want to go back.  I hope I can learn things from this forum to help maintain my weight loss and avoid any pitfalls.  Thanks everyone for your encouragement and support.
