hello I have having such a hard time, with the insurance approving my tt. but I found a affordable place in New York, I have an appointment in two week , is call the eye, ear, throat hospital.  it has clinic for affordable plastic surgery.  My priviate doctor wants around 7,000 just for a tt.  here the doctors are good (a friend works there) and the surgery is affordable. thanks debra
