Accountability... what did you eat Monday
Well it is back to work for me and what used to be a relaxing time is just crazy. Got go argue with a bunch of people tomorrow about what this little girl needs to be successful in her school.. schools never like me.. hehehehe.. but I am not there for them. Should be lots of fun... not..
so how was your day... I had a same old same old for me.. well almost.. had soup for dinner that was a little different.. was craving veggies...
So here was my day.
So I actually tasted some carrot cake I made for my SO birthday but I didnt add it cause it wasnt even a fork full... man it was good.. kind of miss that stuff but I know I didnt want to dump from it so I mean i barely tasted it.. sure brought up fond memories, but alas no more.. not with my picky tummy...

My friend you dont know the half of it. I am considered evil throughout all of So Ca. school districts. hehehehe... I have gotten ppl fired, opps. Didnt mean to but.. hey do your job. Got a visually impaired deaf girl with mild mental retardation being drug around the school and no one wants to take the time to teach her.. when I am done she will be receiving services.. lol..
Just keep fighting them.. remember the parent is always right or the parents advocate in my case..hehehe.
If I came over to your school they wouldnt want me there.. I am a wolf in nice clothes and know the law and consumer needs.. dont mess with me..hehehe. although I dont know the laws for England.. Hope you get things worked out for your daughter. Just keep doing what you're doing. I know you got a lotta fight in you and you will win if you keep pushing.

Dinner------------1 palm sized piece cube steak 2tbs broccoli
Thought I would start posting what I eat each day with you all. Trying to get and stay back on track to lose this 40lbs I gained

Have you tried sparkpeople or fitday to log your food to see what you are eating each day. It really helps.
seemed like you had a good day with making good choices. Keep that up and you will be there in no time.
