Well it is back to work for me and what used to be a relaxing time is just crazy.  Got go argue with a bunch of people tomorrow about what this little girl needs to be successful in her school.. schools never like me.. hehehehe.. but I am not there for them. Should be lots of fun... not.. so how was your day... I had a same old same old for me.. well almost.. had soup for dinner that was a little different.. was craving veggies... So here was my day.
breakfast:

So I actually tasted some carrot cake I made for my SO birthday but I didnt add it cause it wasnt even a fork full... man it was good.. kind of miss that stuff but I know I didnt want to dump from it so I mean i barely tasted it..  sure brought up fond memories, but alas no more.. not with my picky tummy... My friend you dont know the half of it.  I am considered evil throughout all of So Ca. school districts.  hehehehe... I have gotten ppl fired, opps.   Didnt mean to but.. hey do your job.  Got a visually impaired deaf girl with mild mental retardation being drug around the school and no one wants to take the time to teach her.. when I am done she will be receiving services.. lol.. Just keep fighting them.. remember the parent is always right or the parents advocate in my case..hehehe. If I came over to your school they wouldnt want me there.. I am a wolf in nice clothes and know the law and consumer needs.. dont mess with me..hehehe. although I dont know the laws for England.. Hope you get things worked out for your daughter.  Just keep doing what you're doing.  I know you got a lotta fight in you and you will win if you keep pushing. Carla

Well welcome aboard.  So captain pull that mast up and get to sailing with us.  We are the captains of our own ships here and control our destiny.  Stay with us and we will see you through with as much support as you need.  Those 40 pounds dont stand a chance with you at the helm.  So lets get to sailing.. Have you tried sparkpeople or fitday to log your food to see what you are eating each day. It really helps. seemed like you had a good day with making good choices.  Keep that up and you will be there in no time. Carla

Hi Carla, I always have a hard time on Fitday and those types of places, I find to get what I want I need to be a member.  Wondering if you are a member?  Wouldn't it be great to have something like that here at OH!!! Thank you for you continued encouragement to all of us. Buckeye Gal

Sparkpeople is free. you do need to sign up for it so it can help keep track of your stuff but i couldnt do it without it sometimes.  I really like the ability to see what i am doing everyday.

Good morning, b...oatmeal. l...2oz of tuna, 1 boiled egg  s...yogurt...6oz s...granular bar. d...5 pieces of chicken nuggets. drank about 128 oz of water and 16oz of coffee. 1100 cals...115g carbs...50g protein protein was low, will work on it today. Be blessed.
