Good to see you back.  Your ship has been a drift for a while.  Wow... nice day.  could use a little more in cals and protein but I really see the effort you are making.  I saw your earlier post.  You rock so you know you can retake the helm of this ship and get her sailing smoothly. I did pretty good considering it was the first day of my period and I get especially 'snacky' at that time. I think I chose some good snacks. And my protein is good as my nutritionist and surgeons office tell me I should be at about 65 these days and I try to get 75 fo good measure.

Went in for an oil change and was told I need $1400 worth of work done to my car my DH needs about $800 worth of work done on his truck. Why do these things have to happen at Christmas time? Well I guess it could be worse. I need to win the lottery

Oh my... that is an expensive oil change.. yikes.. sorry to hear about the car problems.  cars have a way of doing that dont they.  But is there really anytime its good to need a car repair.   Love your day.  as always.. right there with all the numbers in the right place.  I need to start following you cause lately I am not doing that well at getting it done.  Hope you get your car problems worked out..  See ya tomorrow Carla
