I know many have tried the 5 Day Pouch Test. It's not a diet, but a way to get back to basics with your pouch for those who are gaining and/or feel out of control with their eating habits. The web site explains it all. Many have had success doing this. It may help you.

Was your lowest weight a place that was reasonable, healthy, and comfortable for you? How long did you remain at that weight (+/-5#)? At what point did you start gaining weight? How long has it taken to gain the 22# Are you aware of changes in your habits today vs. when you lost/maintained weight? I only ask because I am happy to open the doors to my tool shed, and I need to know which tools are the right ones to get the job done. Karen
