Acccountability.. what did you eat Sunday

Well our weekend is over and it's back to work for me.  How are you all doing.  Time to get on track and sail that ship.   So lets close out our weekend with our Sunday.  I dont have my Sparkpeople yet as my big pc is working and I cang get on it and for some reason my laptop doesnt like going to that site so it will ball park it for now. B- protein drink 110-20      yogurt     60-2 S- protein bar  180-20   pear 60 L- chicken breast 3 oz 130-25     bacon 1 piece 45- 2 D- carnitas with gucamole  250- 30 S- Ice cream 120- 1 hmmm... totals calories...  970   protein.... 100 .... Not a great day for me I see.. I am gonna do better tomorrow.. really.. well i am not Drank way over 100 oz so that is good. See you all tomorrow Carla

B: malto meal made with soy milk and raisins

L: Bean and cheese burrito without the tortilla(well, a couple of bites of tortilla) This had alot of calories and fat...not worth it

D: one small chicken breast "broasted" with the toppings from two slices of pizza.  Dessert: 1/6 of a sugar free angel food cake (that's 1 serving) yummy Totals: Calories: 2016 Fat: 91 Carbs: 172 Protein: 131

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I looked up a slice of pizza once and almost fell over.  to think i would eat 5 or 6 pieces at a time.   You did good getting the calories up and I love the protein number.  Keep up the good work.   see you tomorrow Carla

little low for you.. I see you are still dropping and you are below your goal.  How much lower are you planning on going.  Nice choices for the day.  Sounds like you had a good food day.  Keep up the good work. Carla

B - 1slice of whole wheet bread soaked in egg (french toast) but I don't eat syrup on it….and the rest of the egg that was left.

S- a couple bites of homemade granola

L- 2 chicken livers and a couple bits of mashed potato's

S- 8oz of milk

D - 2 bake chicken strips with 1/3cup of cheesy broccoli rice

Had a cup of coffee after dinner.

Was visiting friends for the weekend, it was busy so didn't get in as much protein or food as normal. pre B - Hot tea with a splash of soy milk B - scrambled eggs with tons of veggies and tri-tip mixed in, a few bites of Irish soda bread S - nothing L - 1/2 small burger king burger S - 2 turkey pepperoni sticks, 2 slices fontina cheese D - Indonesian chicken soup with veggies, a few shrimp chips S - TJ's peanut butter filled pretzels - 11
