Ouch.. where is the protein for the day.  if you hadnt had that protein bar it would have been almost non existent.    Ouch the fat is way up there too for the day, hmm.. well... today is a new day girl.. grab that helm and get that ship sailing smoothly. Have a great one Carla

Carla, I am not sure who's food diary you are looking at, but my fat was only 46...high but not awful, and my protein was 78....which is not "almost non-existant" as you say.   Perhaps you are confused by the sparkpeople.com format where the Totals column is a little ascew to its corresponding numbers.

Your right.. wow.. I dont know why I saw it that way.  I saw the carbs under the fat one. and the fat that was like 148....under the protein.....i saw 48 ... lol.. sorry.. I will look at it closer next time.. that was much better.... Now I can see you had a good day.  It is just one of those days... Carla

Very informative class today. Makes me feel better prepared. I am looking forward to being relieved of the chronic knee pain I have that has been getting worse.
