I am not sure who's food diary you are looking at, but my fat was only 46...high but not awful, and my protein was 78....which is not "almost non-existant" as you say. Perhaps you are confused by the sparkpeople.com format where the Totals column is a little ascew to its corresponding numbers.
Your right.. wow.. I dont know why I saw it that way. I saw the carbs under the fat one. and the fat that was like 148....under the protein.....i saw 48 ... lol.. sorry.. I will look at it closer next time.. that was much better....

Very informative class today. Makes me feel better prepared. I am looking forward to being relieved of the chronic knee pain I have that has been getting worse.
