This weekend has just been too much. What started out to be a good day of shopping and evening of decorating the tree and baking has been brought completely to it's knees with the news that my grandmother in Montana died early Saturday morning. No complaints, she lived to be 89 years old and was lucid up to the day she died but all those memories, good and bad are coming back..:
Breakfast: Malto Meal with soy milk and banana and coffee
Second Breakfast: refred bean and cheese burrito with a fried egg. I asked for two but hardly found any in the filling so I assume they only gave me one.
Lunch: Left over pork loin and cheese in a tortilla...Whole wheat
Dinner: Steak. A large portion of it and green peas (frozen)
Throughout the day I had two portions of SF Cookies(4 vanilla wafers are 1 serving). Hazards of baking. I'm lucking I remembered eating anything at all after that phone call. I did alot of running around and standing in the kitchen so maybe that makes up for the number of calories. At least the house is clean and baking is started.
