I love it!!!!
Last night at the gym was Chest night...I forgot to bring in my paper and it's cold outside and I am not going down to the garage to get it
I know, how lazy is that
So I will post without weights....
Incline flies sets: 20/15x2/10x2
Laying down flies: 20/15x2/10x2
Standing flies: 20/15x2/10x2
Bench drop downs: This one you put your shoulders on the bench and keep your back straight like a table. Then you grab the weight like you do the triceps and bring it to your chest and lower it down behind your head, then bring it back up to the chest.
Standing cable flies: You stand between to pullies and bring them together and back. Like the hulk pose. Remember when he stands there and brings his hands together like showing off his arm muscles...

Great Job as always Kathy!!!
I just got done working out and I'm whooped today! I did Leslie Sansone's 1 mile jog~its probably closer to 2 miles with the warm up/cool down and then I did a lower body workout. Anyway, I'm glad I'm done for now. Probably gonna try to talk to the boys into doing the Kids Walking workout when they get home so that will add a few more miles for the day!

This workout is one my son is doing after a year of body building so I am trying to do the beginners version
Right now my legs are killing me, and my arms. Shhhhh, don't tell him that

Hey Kathy and Tracy,
No great news but still moving. 2.5 miles, 42 minutes with dogs. Much better weather today 32 degrees and got home in time to walk in the daylight.
U2 are doing so well. It's enough for me to keep walking every day, can't imagine adding any more unless I didnt sleep!
Drinking my H2O right now and scheduled my sleep study (I used a cpap pre rny) I think I might need an adjustment and just want to rule out apnea for my tiredness. I am taking my vitamins and good ones at that!
