Today Im one year out I have went from 262lbs to 120lbs. its amazing when i look at the numbers. Rny was the best thing I could have ever did.

Congradulations  on  your  success..  I  would   encourage you  to  stay  focussed  its  not  alot  different  being  over   2 years  out  at  goal  than  getting to  goal ..  Its  a  life  time of   change  :-)
