Accountability.. what did you eat Tuesday
Hello all. this rainy weather is making me so sleepy. I sat on the couch and that was it for me for the night. Just woke up and on my way to bed now. Hope you all are staying warm.

YIkes. I had a horrible day. I decided to do the blood tests for my doctor Tuesday so I had to fast. I hate fasting. It makes me feel really off, to say theleast. Tuesday went like this;
Breakfast: ordered a carne asada omelet and could only eat 1/3 of it. (1 egg and some mexican style beef and port) it was awful. Right after that I started feeling nauseous.
Lunch: High Protein Bar (20 g) couldn't eat anything else...Sick, nearly barfed.
Snack: Protein Bar (10 g)
Dinner: Pork Steak (measured 4 oz) Green beans, mashed potatoes (1/3 cup each)
Dessert: 2 servings of SF Cookies

Fat: 62
Carbs: 83
Protein: 96
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

snack zuccini bread( bad toad)

I figure I got in 60 protein
H2O 120 oz ya for that 1
but what bums me out is I gained a pound. Been trying to figure that 1 out all morning. I didn't eat that much & I didn't think 1 piece of zuccini bread would do that, but oh well. Today is the Christmas party. I made SF peanut butter cookies. I'm not telling them it's SF either. lol. I'm going to try to stay accountable today during this party.
Well during this cold time we tend to gain as the body is looking for insulation to keep it warm. Yikes I know. One pound could be water gain. Fish like tuna and that chilli could have salt in it to help you retain. It will go away by tomorrow. when i eat pretzels I see that happen because of the salt.
You also dont eat a whole lot so you body maybe in starvation mode. I think you did ok yesterday. what do you think your cals were for the day.

I LOVE peanut butter, especially on apples. I had to stop eating it for awhile because it got a little bit out of hand - a jar a week : (
B & S - 5 ounces fresh mozarella (I absolutely love it)
L - 1/2 cup schezuan (?) beef with veggies
S - 1.5 ounces beef teriyaki, 1oz prunes
D - 4 Samosas

My calories are actually higher becuase I don't have the correct numbers for my lunch. I just used beef steak, but you know that chinese food has oil/sauce.
I know it's not enough calories. But I just came off of a couple of weeks of eating more. I definitely go through phases where I eat more for a week or two and then I eat alot less the following weeks. When I'm in an eating less stage I'm not hungry and I tend to think I'm eating alot more than I have been. Then when I put it in fitday I think, wow, I need to start eating more or at least drinking protein again. I figuer this is what life is like for the naturally thin.
