We Have Sun!!! We Have Sun!!! It's only in the 20's but hey, we will take what we can get
Yesterday was a day off for me, thank goodness as my legs didn't want to work
I did some sit ups and push ups on my own, other than that, it was nice to rest.
So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today? It's hump day and less than a week till Christmas
You know shopping is our favorite exercise so go for it!!!

I'm glad that you took a break today Kathy, you've earned it.
It's been a month today that I've been movin to loose it and not much to show, yes I found the scale and only 2 lbs. Back of my head tells me why in the world bother...
BUT, I can walk all 4 flights of stairs at work with minimal huffing and puffing and just did 2.5 mi in my best time of 38 minutes.
I've just got to see the positive in this. I have 13 to get to onederland by January 26th and it's looking kinda bleek. I am going to get to the health club after the freak show known as the holidays and I hope that will help.

Are you using anything else to track your success? Like measurements, clothes size, body fat comp? If not, please do so...I Know this is very hard. I do it too, being a slave to the scale
I am glad you are realizing accomplishments. I will never forget the first time I used the stairs instead of the elevator and it was so awesome. I would feel like I was having a heart attack just walking from the couch to the fridge before.

Hang in there....I had a 9 week time period where I didn't lose a stinkin pound and was going to jump off a building!!!!
