Wow wow wow... it took 40 minutes to get into our driveway tonight.  between all the walking people, cars, and trolleys out tonight looking at the lights it took forever to get home. lol.. gotta love it though.. So how are you all doing today.  Is everyones shopping done.. are you ready for christmas.  How is the eating going..  Here was my day
breakfast:

Okay so I ate useless calories today. I opened a box of SF Chocolates. They're the really good ones but I could afford the calories.  Breakfast: Oat Bran Cereal made with soy milk, no fruit. 2 cups of coffee Lunch: Chicken breast dipped in ranch dressing Snack: mini SF Lemon Muffin Dinner: Buffalo burger  Dessert 2 servings of chocolate candy (6 pc) Totals: Calories: 1353 Fat: 60 Carbs: 119 Protein: 104
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
