Oh lawdy can't wait for Christmas !!! Soooooooooooooo excited.... Started out a really good day, then last night just before bed drank 3 sips of my AchievOne like I do EVERY night and DUMPED... It was horrid.........So that is 2 dumps this week on things I have purt near every day if not every day... Go flippin figure, lol... Feel fine now........... B= 2 eggs 2 cheese 28g protein S= Protein Bar 15g protein L= Turkey Pastrami 4oz, Provolone Chese 2 slices all warm and gooey, yummo 39g protein D= 1 Bleu Cheese Beef Patty 42 g protein Bedtime = 3 sips AchievOne 0g H2O= 132 oz  Protein = 124 Merry Christmas Eve Y'all !!! I was a pig today but we moved over 2 cords of fire wood onto the trailer. it was from 40 year old pine trees and it was big and heavy. Took 2 hours with the four of us all lifting and pushing...At least I didn't get hurt. hubby's back is SORE. Breakfast: oat bran cereal with soy milk and no fruit (this is about 17 grams of protein) ate at 5:10 am Snack before church: 20 gram protein bar (8:30) Second breakfast: 3 egg omelet with swiss and ortega chilis and about a cup of cottage cheese (This was a giant meal. I was stuffed completely afterwards but we moved wood for two hours after this so I must have worked it all off) (11 am) Snack: cheese stick (1:30 pm) Dinner: Buffalo chili that I made in the crock pot all day while we were gone...2 cups! (5 pm-6 pm) 2 pc of SF Chocolates for dessert (8 pm) Totals:  Calories: 1790 Fat: 70 Carbs: 145 Protein: 159 (WOW)

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
