Don't forget your suppliments
I know many of us are so busy this time of year, so I just wanted to put a reminder out there to take your suppliments. Bad habits start with a missed day....missed week....."i'm feeling ok so I don't need them this month"...etc.
Some tips that work for me:
If i have time, I set up all my suppliments in a daily carry along box for 7 days. If not, in the morning, I put all my suppliments in a small zip lock bag. This slides into my pocket and I take suppliments throughout the day as I remember. I normally take Iron before I leave the house int he morning. Everything else get spread out throught he day.
