Did You Move To Lose Over The Holidays?
Hey Everyone
I hope your holiday was FANTASTIC
Mine was.....went by to fast though.
We were so busy with last minute stuff I didn't get to the gym, but we were running around so much I felt we had a great workout. I did take the time to do my abs and push ups at night! And made sure I walked far when parking, ran up and down stairs and other little helpful hints.
Did you guys see all the great helpful hints on how to stay on track post? One lady suggested wearing tight jeans instead of sweats. Kudos to her for this suggestion
I would have ate a few extra bites and such if I had not had my tight jeans on.

Kathy, I am going to be honest here. Nope, no exercise other than shopping and wrapping, wrapping, wrapping for hours. Aerobic wrapping, yes. My daughter is still here from New York, and I am waiting for her to leave this weekend before I resume my exercising. She already thinks I'm a little crazy with the weight loss, so I try not to traumatize her any further with watching me sweat, lol. I did get a new dvd for Christmas, and Tracy was kind enough to share one of hers, so I have two new ones to have fun with.
I'm heading back out shopping tomorrow, so that'll be my exercise.
I'll be back working out this weekend. I promise.
