question for all the nurses out there...
i am a nurse on a busy surgical floor. i feel it reflects poorly on the hospital if you come to work looking like a bum. i am 18 months post op and have surpassed my weight loss goal, but i am still considered to be in the healthy bmi range. my problem is this : i can't find anything to wear! i have x-small scrubs, and i look like a bum because they just hang on me! does anyone know of any brands that come in xx-small? i have searched and searched, and cannot find any. it also does not help that scrubs are generally made bigger than regular clothes...
any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I do not know if this will help. But scrubs are mostly made for unisex that why they run so big. For example I can wear a extra small in the unsex scrubs. But when I go to the scrubs that are made just for women . I have to go up a size because they run smaller. I find most of mine at walmart. and when I do go to a place that just sells unforms . I buy dickie brands because they run smaller and fit the best just my opinion. And hopes this helps you

Hello, I would agree that you have a nice problem going on. I am sure you make good money as a nurse and can afford new scrubs. I don't think you will be finding xxsmall. I would strongly recommend getting them taken in. I am 5'00 tall and at my heaviest wieght was 242. No matter what I weigh I am often having to take things to the "Cleaners" and they take the pants/jeans up and in (Bigg Butty/small waiste) 5 to7 dollars going both ways. Go to the cleaners and they will fit you, then make the adjustments.
